Give Aloha with Foodland and Lima Kokua

Share your aloha with Lima Kokua through Foodland’s annual community matching gifts program. Through this program, which runs September 1st through September 30th, Foodland matches a portion of all monetary gifts/donations made to registered non-profits in Hawaii, including Lima Kokua. Please consider our cause when making your purchases at Foodland. See the image below for the three easy steps to donating when you shop — Lima Kokua’s donation code is 77370

This year, Lima Kokua celebrates 55 years of lending a helping hand to local charities/nonprofit organizations who are either underfunded or under appreciated. As always, thank you for your support — we, the members of Lima Kokua, could not do what we do with out you and your generosity.

Honolulu Pride Parade & Festival 2017

Please join Lima Kokua in celebrating Honolulu Pride Parade & Festival this October. While the parade and festival happen over the course of a weekend, October is also Pride Month in Hawaii, and Hawaii Legacy Foundation has organized a number of events to commemorate the occasion. Check out the Honolulu Pride website for a full listing of events, and come cheer and support Lima Kokua who will be riding and waking in the parade, as well. We very much hope to see you there!
